It’s hard to encapsulate how blown away we were by Ryan’s food and service. We had a special birthday and had 16 for dinner which Ryan catered in Hove. From his communication prior to the event, to the food produced on the night, to the thoughtful finishing touches including beautiful place names and menus….everything was absolutely fantastic and beyond what we had expected. The food was out of this world- beautifully presented canapés, a feast of mouth watering middle eastern inspired sharing dishes, and the most decadent dessert it was absolutely incredible. Ryan was an absolute joy to deal with and so professional and thoughtful. We are so grateful and had the best and most memorable evening thanks to him. The whole group were so impressed and went home very happy. We would not hesitate to recommend Ryan to anyone else and we hope to use him again very soon. Thanks Ryan!

I was absolutely blown away by Ryan's food - as was everybody at my event. Ryan put together a varied and tasty BBQ menu combining meat, seafood and salads - all of which was top quality and expertly, efficiently and beautifully presented on the day. I had a lot of my family attend from north Spain, where the seafood is especially good, and they were shocked at how good the BBQ plaice and piri piri prawns were! Add to this the fact that Ryan was extremely professional, pleasant and helpful at every stage - it meant I could relax and focus on celebrating my 30th, knowing Ryan had everything covered.

Ryan put on a perfect feast for my friend’s hen weekend. He completely understood the brief and created a menu that worked perfectly with our budget, as well as catering to everyone's dietary requirements. He was super helpful in the lead up to the event and happy to answer my many questions. On the night he was flexible with timings, and so friendly. The food was incredible (my highlight was the treacle cured salmon) – we loved hearing about the details of each dish and Ryan was clearly passisonate about using the best local produce. Ryan was great! We hired him to cater for a dinner between friends in a rented accomodation. Not only he was willing to travel to a relatively hard-to-get-to location, but he made our dinner amazing! Great communication on the lead up to the event, a delicious menu and he left the kitchen spotless!

I booked Ryan for my sisters hen do and everyone was so so impressed, he cooked sharing platters for us, lovely lamb and chicken with delicious salads and halloumi, it couldn’t have been more perfect. Everyone was talking about the food for days afterwards. He made us all feel very comfortable and relaxed, and cleared away everything we felt very spoilt. Would highly recommend and definitely will be using Ryan again for future dinner parties or events.
