He also organized cocktails, champagne, and wine pairings for each course along with an additional server/bartender and a gorgeous birthday cake. If I could give Ryan more than 5 stars I would. I had 19 for supper and he put on what can only be described as a banquet feast. I wanted barbecue food for my husband's birthday and he cooked the most delicious mix of meat including flank steak, pork belly and the most delicious chicken my guests said they had ever eaten. We also had some beautiful salads to accompany it. I wanted a sharing experience and so he put big plates down the middle of the table. Everyone was blown away by his food.

I was absolutely blown away by Ryan's food - as was everybody at my event. Ryan put together a varied and tasty BBQ menu combining meat, seafood and salads - all of which was top quality and expertly, efficiently and beautifully presented on the day. I had a lot of my family attend from north Spain, where the seafood is especially good, and they were shocked at how good the BBQ plaice and piri piri prawns were! Add to this the fact that Ryan was extremely professional, pleasant and helpful at every stage - it meant I could relax and focus on celebrating my 30th, knowing Ryan had everything covered.

Ryan put on a perfect feast for my friend’s hen weekend. He completely understood the brief and created a menu that worked perfectly with our budget, as well as catering to everyone's dietary requirements. He was super helpful in the lead up to the event and happy to answer my many questions. On the night he was flexible with timings, and so friendly. The food was incredible (my highlight was the treacle cured salmon) – we loved hearing about the details of each dish and Ryan was clearly passisonate about using the best local produce. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a special, personal event.
